Shahdol: With the objective of promoting Sanatan Dharma and re-establishing human values, a grand two-day national conclave of the transgender community is being organized on the sacred soil of Shahdol. This historic event has witnessed a massive gathering of transgender Mahamandaleshwars, Jagadgurus, and saints from across the country.
This dignified program is being held under the sacred guidance and presence of Jagadguru Kajal Thakur Maa (Bhopal). The principal organizers of this massive gathering are Sonali Patel from Shahdol and Sivani Patel from Seoni.
Day One: Bonding and Connection; Day Two: Grand Investiture Ceremony
On the first day of the two-day program, a session focused on 'bonding and congregation' took place, bringing together the community of saints and the transgender community who had arrived from all corners of the country. On the second day of the program—Monday—a series of key rituals and ceremonies were conducted.
Investiture Ceremony (Pattabhishek): On Monday, in the presence of the assembled saints, the 'Pattabhishek' (the ceremonial investiture or handing over of spiritual titles) was solemnized in accordance with traditional rites and rituals.
'Homecoming' to Sanatan Dharma: On this occasion, accompanied by the chanting of mantras and purification rituals, six individuals from the transgender community were formally welcomed back into the fold of Sanatan Dharma.
Grand Procession: Starting at 4:00 PM, a grand procession (Shobhayatra) was taken out through the city, passing through the main thoroughfares amidst musical fanfare and traditional festive fervor.

"We Have No Attachment to Politics or Wealth; Social Service Alone Is Our Religion"
While interacting with the press, Jagadguru Kajal Thakur Maa and other senior saints stated in unequivocal terms:
"We hold no animosity or opposition toward any religion. Let every individual follow the religion of their choice according to their own faith. We have no involvement whatsoever in politics, nor do we harbor any attachment to material wealth or property. Any donations or offerings we receive are dedicated entirely to religious endeavors and social service."
Commenting on judicial verdicts, they added, "We wholeheartedly welcome every decision delivered by the courts." Furthermore, issuing a word of caution to society, she stated, "Those who engage in illegal extortion through intimidation or coercion are not true *Kinnars*."

This grand event is being organized under the leadership of the Vaishnav Akhara (Mumbai) and the Kinnar Akharas of Bhopal and Ujjain. Prominent figures from various parts of the country—including Bhopal, Itarsi, Ujjain, Khandwa, Sagar, Jabalpur, Amravati, Nagpur, Pipariya, and Banda—have gathered for this conclave.
