Guna, Former MLA Laxman Singh arrived to give application in Jan Sunwai on Tuesday in the case of allegations against Anirudh Singh Meena, brother-in-law of Chanchoda MLA Priyanka Penchi of Guna. Taking cognizance of the written complaint of Deputy Director of Agriculture Ashok Kumar Upadhyay, he has demanded to register FIR against Anirudh Singh Meena and his associate Virendra Singh. Laxman Singh has said that the MLA's brother-in-law has demanded Rs 50 lakh citing the amount spent in the elections, these allegations should be taken seriously and investigated by the Speaker of the Assembly. This is a serious matter, due to this the image of not only the Madhya Pradesh government but also PM Modi is getting affected. Laxman Singh has accused the Madhya Pradesh government that if the government is not able to protect an officer then who will protect the public? While submitting application in the public hearing, District Congress President Meherban Singh Dhakad, Municipal Leader of Opposition Shekhar Vashishth, City President Hari Vijay Vargiya, senior Congress leader Rajneesh Sharma, Block Presidents Gopal Sharma, Ranveer Kushwah, Rajendra Tiwari, Pankaj Kaneria, Anuj Raghuvanshi, Jinendra Jain, Municipal Councilors and many Congress members were present.
