There is a race among the traders to get rid of their old stock in this season and the customers also buy the goods without checking them and in such a situation the adulterators are successful in taking out their goods and in such a situation the possibility of an accident remains. The food department remains indifferent throughout the year but at the time of festivals it reaches and completes the formalities due to which the morale of the traders is high.
