False FIR registered against woman who is a victim of pressure politics
Beauty parlor operator complains to Home Minister and senior officials
CURATED BY – MOHMMAD MUNEER | CITYCHIEFNEWS
Intro….On one hand, the government is running a scheme to make unemployed women as well as men workers through the Seekho Kamao scheme, for which the top and bottom government staff are working day and night, on the other hand, a woman struggling to become a working woman is trying to become self-reliant by learning beauty parlor work, but the weak world does not want to let women become self-reliant, rather a woman's self-confidence is being weakened by trapping her in false cases. The top officials of the concerned department in Shahdol need to conduct an impartial investigation in the matter....
Shahdol / Byohari. There is a lot of discussion going on in Byohari police station that on 14/05/2024, a fake case was registered against a parlor operator without any concrete evidence due to mutual animosity with the husband by the ruling party leader and MLA representative on behalf of the woman of the same caste by putting pressure on the then police station in-charge. The operator has also sent a letter to the Sub-Divisional Officer of Police Byohari, Superintendent of Police Shahdol, Inspector General of Police Zone Shahdol, Director General of Police Bhopal and Home Minister Madhya Pradesh Government Bhopal on 18/06/2024 to get justice by getting the fake case registered by the police investigated, but the investigation has not been done yet. Providing a copy of the letter sent to the higher officials, the parlor operator told that
What is the matter -
Sania Beauty Parlor is being operated at Topandas Tiraha under Byohari police station area. The parlor is run in a 10×30 room in which there is no separate room for makeup, makeup work is done on one side and on the other side there is a washbasin where hands and face are washed. On 26/04/2024, Anamika Singh came to the parlor to get her sister's makeup done and after getting the makeup done, she kept her stuff in the bag and went to the wedding venue. The next day, on 27/4/2024, at around 12 o'clock, Anamika Singh's husband came to the parlor to deliver semi-precious jewelry, but he also did not say anything about the lost bracelet. On 28/04/2024, in the morning, Anamika Singh called and said that my bracelet has been lost somewhere and is not being found, Guruji is telling that your bracelet has fallen in the parlor, then I said that I do not know, I have cleaned the parlor in the morning, I have not found anything. Then Anamika Singh said that please call the girls who were there that day, we are coming to question them. Shortly after the call, Anamika and her husband Dharmendra Singh came to the parlor and the seven girls who had come that day for help, Kavita, Namrata, Rasmi, Mona, Nisa, Pratiksha and Neha etc. were called by me, they were questioned and the parlor was searched. As nothing was found, they left from there and the same day they went to the police station and informed in writing. On 10/05/2024, SI Chakrawar sahab and Lalita Patel from Byohari police station brought Anamika Singh and her family members to the parlor for questioning, who took the video recording of CCTV of 26/04/2024 and 27/04/2024. The camera of the changing room is switched off.....
The parlor operator told that on 26/04/2024, due to the wedding, there was a lot of crowd that day. Till 4.30 pm, I had done the makeup of a bride, whose photo shoot was being done and due to the crowd, many women were changing their clothes outside the changing room, due to which the camera was switched off. The camera was not switched off only on that day, in the past also, whenever there was a crowd and women changed their clothes outside instead of changing room, the camera was switched off, which was also seen by SI Chakrawar Sahab and Lalita Patel who came for investigation.
If the bracelet was not given on demand, then why was the police not informed immediately -
The owner of the parlor, Kalpana Gupta, told that apart from bridal makeup, I only do makeup of the face and not of the hands. Makeup of the hands has nothing to do with what she is wearing or not wearing. Whoever wants to wear can wear whatever he wants to wear, then the question of removing the bracelet does not arise. But the case registered against me in the police station Byahari without any evidence and facts is wrong and that is why I have demanded an investigation from the higher authorities. The question to be considered is that if Anamika Singh had kept the bracelet for me and did not give it on asking for it, then why did she not immediately inform the police about the above, why was 100 dial not called, why did she leave such a precious item there and go away when the distance of the police station from the parlor is hardly 300 meters, which in itself is a big question, the next day her husband came to return the artificial jewellery, even then no talk was done about the bracelet. But the police, ignoring this matter, under pressure from politicians, have filed a fake case against me by making a fabricated account of not giving the bracelet on asking for it, for the investigation of which I have complained to the higher authorities. My statement taken before the FIR was not investigated -
It was told that before the FIR, my statement was recorded by Lalita Patel posted in the police station but no investigation was done on it, no statement was taken from anyone as per my statement and on the pressure of the ruling party leaders, the then police station in-charge lodged a false case against me on 14/05/2024 and looted publicity, and a conspiracy was hatched to defame my establishment, if my statement was investigated by the police, the whole matter would have become clear and a fake case would not have been lodged against me.
People present in the parlor on the date of the incident say -
I go to Sania Beauty Parlor to learn parlor. On 26/04/2024, I stayed there due to the crowd, Anamika Singh's sister's makeup was done by Didi, Anamika's was not done. No incident happened that day. Anamika Singh had kept all her stuff in a bag and left. The allegation made and complaint lodged in the police station is false.
Mona Gupta
I learn parlor work from Didi. I was there that day and no such incident happened. After getting makeup done, Anamika Singh had kept all her stuff in a bag and left with her sister. Due to crowd, many people start changing clothes outside the changing room and there is only one room in the parlor, there is no separate room, waxing etc. work is done, due to which people object to it and the camera is turned off. The allegation made on Didi is false.
Pratiksha Mishra
I learn parlor work here. I was in the parlor on the day the incident is being told, no such incident happened there. After makeup, Anamika Singh had kept all her stuff in a bag and left with her sister. Didi was not made to keep the bracelet by them, so the question of asking for it does not arise. Anamika Singh has lodged a complaint in the police station by making false allegations. If the item was not being given by Didi on demand, then she should have informed the police immediately, why did she leave from there. The allegation made is false.

I have received information in this regard, but the action taken by the police in this matter without investigation is not appropriate. If the bracelet was not being given by the parlor owner on the 26th, then why was this information not immediately given to the people around and the family members, why was the police not informed, on the 27th, when Anamika Singh's husband came to return the artificial jewellery, even then he did not say anything about the bracelet, all these are questions worth considering and I condemn the conspiracy to defame a businessman in this manner and appeal to the higher officials to investigate the matter impartially and take action to end the fake case. If the administration does not take action to end the false case, then the traders' union will be forced to take action in a democratic manner.
