Because of this the lives of the employees are being threatened. The latest case is of Moira Sariya company located in Pithampur Sector-3. Where the case of death of an employee working on the machine has come to light. Pithampur police have registered a case against the company incharge and supervisor of the company under various sections in this matter. However, the arrest of the accused has not been done.

This matter is being reported on January 17 at 3 pm. According to the police, the accused company incharge PN Dubey father Dharmdev Dubey resident Pithampur and supervisor Vinay Singh Vipin Bihari Singh resident Pithampur did not provide safety equipment while working on the machine at Moira Sariya company premises Sector-3 Pithampur. Because of this, Matak Jeeto Kumar's father Sikandar Paswan resident of Adalpur Kusehar place, East Darbhanga Bihar Halmukam Pithampur got trapped in the cross behind the speed gear of the machine. Jeeto died during treatment. Pithampur police after investigation has registered a case against the accused PN Dubey and Vinay Singh under Section-304-A and 287 Bhadvi. The police is investigating the matter Investigating officer Brahmanand Chauhan told that action is going on in the case.
