What is the whole matter?

The SP MP has two connections at his house, each of which is of 4-4 kilowatts. In the last one year, electricity bills of only Rs 14 thousand have come on both these connections. The investigation revealed that the meters of both the connections were closed for a long time at different times, due to which zero reading was recorded. One meter was closed for 5 months and the other for 7 months.

Details of the equipment found in the MP's house

In the investigation, it was found that one meter had zero load while the other recorded a load of 5.9 kilowatts. The MP's house also has a 10 kilowatt solar panel, a 5 kilowatt generator, two air conditioners, half a dozen fans, a fridge and lights, while only four people are going to live in the house.

Electricity officials say that according to the equipment and consumption on two connections in the MP's house, a bill of at least 6 thousand should come every month. Seeing such a big difference in the bill, the department has sent the old meter for investigation. The investigation will find out whether the meters have been tampered with or not. Now it will be checked in the smart meter that why there is so much disparity in the consumption of both the connections.

The meter was changed two days ago

Let us tell you that when the electricity bill came zero in Burke's house, the electricity department team first changed the old meter and now checked the load of the electronic appliances installed in the house. The electricity department team had installed a smart meter at Burke's house to check how much electricity is needed in his house. Also, the number of fans, ACs and other electronic appliances in his house was also checked.

Electricity department's action continues in Sambhal
When the electricity department team investigated Burke's house, it was found that his house needs at least 8 to 10 kilowatts of electricity. Whereas only two meters of 2-2 kilowatts are installed in his house, that is, only a meter of 4 kilowatts is installed right now. Not only this, the smart meter installed 2 days ago showed that his house needs 5.5- 5.5 kilowatts.

The electricity department in Sambhal is continuously taking action against power thieves. So far, cases have been registered against more than 150 people. The SDM of Sambhal says that in this connection, MP Burke's house has also been investigated.
