Inspected the Ayush dispensary operating in the school premises

Damoh, Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar today reached PM Shri Vidyalaya Majhguwa Hansraj for surprise inspection. He inspected the school premises and gave necessary guidelines to create a high quality educational environment in the institution and regarding the arrangements. He directed to complete the deficiencies in the school premises within 15 days. Patera BEO Mukesh Gujre, teachers and other associates were present during the inspection.
The collector directed to repair the toilet in three days, convert the additional room into the principal staff room, vacate the big room for students and use it for classes, paint notice boards and shoe stands in all the classrooms, paint the building and boundary walls, write the school name in a beautiful and uniform manner everywhere, repair the hand wash unit, plant trees, level the playground, distribute mid-day meals as per the menu, paint pictures, cartoons, informative and beautiful information on the boundary wall, etc. in 15 days.
The collector directed the school's nodal officer and Block Education Officer Patera Mukesh Gujre to do continuous monitoring and directed RMSA in-charge Shailendra Asati and PM Shri's nodal officer APC Mohan Rai to make the said school better. The collector said that the inspection will be done again within 1 month and entrusted the responsibility of completing the work within the said time period to Principal Neeraj Jain and all the 6 teachers. He also inspected the Ayush Center running in the school campus. Thereafter, he also visited the primary school Majhguwa Hansraj situated on the hill. He instructed to talk to the officials of the electricity distribution company if there was no light there and to improve other arrangements. The people present informed about the irregularities of the teacher Sugriv Gond of the primary school Kalakot, on which Collector Shri Kochar instructed the Block Education Officer to immediately inspect the school and issue a show cause notice if any irregularity was found.

The Collector also inspected the Ayush Center operating in the school campus. The roof of this Ayush dispensary is damaged. He talked to the officials of the Ayush department and said that efforts will be made to start the work of the damaged building this month. Administrative approval has also been issued by the government for this. By instructing the Rural Mechanical Services Department, work will be started here soon within the next 10-11 days.
