Anuppur, As per the instructions of Collector Mr. Harshal Pancholi, Drug Inspector Mr. Pramod Kumar Kulesh inspected Akshay Medical Store located at the district headquarters. During the inspection, expired medicines and veterinary medicines were found to be of improper level in the medical store. Regular maintenance of medicines in the register was not found and the bill book was also not found to be maintained as per rules. During the investigation, samples of two medicines were taken, which have been sent to Drug Testing Laboratory Bhopal for testing. In view of the above irregularities, the Drug Inspector has said that appropriate action will be taken against the operator of the concerned medical store under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 Rules 1945.
