DM heard the problems in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Tehsil Sadar

Saharanpur, District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra heard the public problems in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Tehsil Sadar. DM Dr. Dinesh Chandra, while instructing the officials, said that redressal of public grievances is included in the priority of the Chief Minister. Resolve the received complaints in a quality manner by adopting sensitivity within the stipulated time. Strict action will be taken against those who are negligent in resolving the complaints. He expressed strong displeasure over the continuous complaints of the Electricity Department and gave strict instructions that if there is no improvement in the working system, suspension proceedings will be initiated. He directed to seek clarification from XEN Vivek Kumar Patel. He said that strict action will be taken against those who unnecessarily harass electricity consumers. He instructed the Electricity Department that in view of the scorching heat, power cuts should be done only in case of emergency. He said that the electricity officers and employees should work with full alertness and diligence so that the general public does not have to face problems regarding the availability of electricity. Ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to the general public. In case of burning of the electric transformer, replacement of the new transformer should be ensured as soon as possible. A team of employees should be present at the electric sub-stations 24 hours a day. In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, a total of 53 complaints were received, 28 from the Revenue Department, 03 from the Electricity Department, 07 from the Police Department, 03 from the Development Department, 04 from the Municipal Corporation and 08 others, out of which 05 were resolved on the spot.
Complainant Ramesh son of Sultan Singh resident Mukhlishpur complained that even after paying the loan, the loan is recorded on the Khatauni. On which the District Magistrate directed the Tehsildar Sadar to make immediate entry of the loan deposited by him and show the Khatauni as debt free. As per the instructions of the District Magistrate, the Khatauni was corrected and handed over to the old farmer within 05 minutes. DM Dr. Dinesh Chandra directed the officers to show sensitivity towards complaint settlement and adopt a human approach to ensure timely and quality resolution of problems. Negligence should not be shown in providing the benefits of schemes to the eligible. He instructed the Divyaangjan Officer, Probation Officer and Social Welfare Officer to provide the benefits of pension and other departmental schemes to the eligible on time as per the rules. The problems of the elderly and disabled should be resolved on priority. Expressing displeasure towards the absent officers, he gave strict instructions that the district level officers should be compulsorily present in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas. Along with this, ensure quality resolution of complaints by conducting public hearing in his office every day from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra heard the complaints of the people who came and instructed the concerned officers to get them resolved quickly. He instructed that the revenue related disputes should be settled within the time limit. He instructed all the district level officers to ensure quality resolution of problems as per the time limit given for resolution of problems as per the intention of the government. He also said that along with disposal, the beneficiary should also get satisfaction.
Senior Superintendent of Police Dr Vipin Tada directed all police officers to ensure timely and quality disposal of police related problems and complaints received on Tehsil Diwas. He said that police officers should ensure that there is no illegal mining in their area. Strict action should be taken against those involved in illegal mining.
On this occasion Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, SP City Abhimanyu Manglik, Chief Medical Officer Dr Sanjeev Manglik, Sub-District Magistrate Sadar Yuvraj Singh, Circle Officer Sadar Ruchi Gupta, Tehsildar Sadar Amit Kumar and senior officers of concerned departments were present.
