Saharanpur, A meeting was convened in the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal to review the progress of the work done in the district for the Har Ghar Nal-Har Ghar Jal scheme under Jal Jeevan Mission. DM Manish Bansal asked the companies to set a daily target for the restoration of roads. Also gave instructions to inform about the progress report. He directed the Chief Development Officer to form a team and investigate the road restoration work and provide the report in 10 days. Instructions were given to stop the salary of Executive Engineer Jal Nigam Yogesh Kumar and AE Ravi Verma for being negligent towards their responsibilities. District Magistrate Manish Bansal said that Jal Jeevan Mission is an important scheme of the government. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this. Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, AE Anuj Kumar along with officials of firms, TPI and Water Corporation were present in the meeting.
