Saharanpur, A review meeting of important projects under construction in the district was held in the new auditorium located in the Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. In the meeting, important projects under construction in the district including Sports College Behat, Non-Residential Building of Tehsil Rampur Maniharan, Boxing Court in Ambedkar Stadium, Habitat Center, 50 Bed Field Hospital in CHC Gangoh and Deoband, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Gangoh, Nursing College in Government Medical College, Construction of major roads and bridges, Center of Excellence for Honey, Government Girls Inter College Gagalhadi and Deola, Government ITI Nagal and Gangoh were discussed.
DM Manish Bansal said that development and construction works should be completed on time. Along with this, instructions were given to complete the works being done by all the implementing agencies with quality and timeliness by reviewing them project wise. He said that if correspondence has to be done at the government level in any project, then the letter should be sent from his level.
District Magistrate Manish Bansal directed that the completed projects of the district should be handed over to the concerned department through a committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer. Along with this, the completed projects should also be uploaded on the CMIS portal. He directed the officers appointed to check the quality of the projects under construction to inspect from time to time and provide the inspection report. Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan along with concerned senior officers and officials of the implementing agency were present in the meeting.
