District Magistrate held a review meeting of development works on CM Dashboard
Strict action will be taken against departments not improving ranking in the coming month

Saharanpur, A review meeting of schemes on CM Dashboard was convened in the new auditorium of Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. In the meeting, DM Manish Bansal expressed strong displeasure over the negligence in the work of Minority Welfare Officer and going on leave without permission and directed to stop his salary as well as hand over the charge to Deputy Collector Shweta Pandey. He said that the government should also be informed in this regard. He expressed strong displeasure over very little progress in the work of making family ID. While reviewing the work of making family ID, he directed that all Block Development Officers will come to the camp office every day at 09:00 pm and inform about the daily progress. He said that all Block Development Officers should ensure to stay overnight in their block itself. He directed that at least 100 family IDs should be made per block every day. Family IDs should be made by going from village to village. The District Basic Education Officer gave strict instructions to improve the ranking after getting poor ranking in Operation Kayakalp. The District Program Officer was strictly warned when there was no improvement in the progress of children going from SAM to Maam and Maam to General. He expressed strong displeasure over the negligence in the work of BDO Muzaffarabad and Puwarka and instructed them to improve their working style. He instructed the District Probation Officer to coordinate with the Block Development Officers and settle the pension related cases as soon as possible. District Magistrate Manish Bansal instructed that no kind of negligence should be done in the scholarship related applications. Ensure that the applications are forwarded within the time limit. He said that a meeting should be held with the educational institutions at whose level scholarship applications are pending. He instructed all the officers to present complete information of the schemes related to the department with correct data. Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, DFO Shubham Singh, PD DRDA Pranay Krishna and senior officers of all the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
