Saharanpur, A meeting was convened with the District Fee Regulatory Committee and all the CBSE and ICSE managers and principals of the district in the new auditorium located in the Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate and District President Manish Bansal of District Fee Regulatory Committee. In the meeting, District Magistrate Manish Bansal gave instructions for investigation after listening to the complaints of the parents. He instructed to issue notice to those schools which have not yet provided the details of the fee structure. He said that if the answer is not satisfactory, action will be taken against the concerned as per the rules. DM Manish Bansal said that action will be taken as per the rules against any school which does not follow the Uttar Pradesh Self-Financed Independent School Act 2018. If any school in the district harasses the parents by asking them to buy books from a single shop, get dress made or in any other way, then strict action will be taken against them. A fine of Rs 1 lakh will be imposed for violating the rules for the first time and a fine of up to Rs 5 lakh will be imposed for violating the rules for the second time. On this occasion, District School Inspector Mrs. Rekha, members of the District Fee Regulatory Committee along with the managers and principals of the schools were present.
