Development work meeting concluded on CM Dashboard under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner

Saharanpur. A review meeting of development works for the month of October was convened in the Circuit House auditorium under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Saharanpur Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod on the basis of CM Dashboard. Divisional Commissioner Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod directed all the departmental officers to move forward to achieve the target by paying attention to the performance indicators with full vigilance and caution. He directed the officers that every eligible person should get the benefit of beneficiary-oriented schemes. He said that the rejected applications in the social welfare schemes should be checked randomly so that no eligible person is deprived of the benefits of the scheme. He directed that those with A and A Plus ranking should innovate and make efforts to increase the target. He said that all divisional and district level officers should make continuous efforts to keep the ranking of the division at a higher level. During the meeting, be present with complete information related to the scheme. Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod, while instructing the officials, said that the intention of the government is that the benefits of the ongoing schemes should reach the eligible person and family in a timely manner. He instructed the NEDA department to send a proposal to increase the target for street lights. To increase the registration of farmers in the Prime Minister Crop Insurance in Shamli and Muzaffarnagar, an awareness campaign should be run by promoting the scheme as much as possible and also tell the benefits received from it. The concerned Chief Development Officer should get the quality of the construction of school buildings checked. The Additional Director of Medical and Health was instructed to increase the number of ambulances in the Divisional Commissioner Medical Department and to take action for regular maintenance, upgradation and replacement of medical equipment. Along with this, he was asked to hold a coordination meeting with the concerned agency. All Chief Medical Officers should ensure to issue a monthly bulletin of the better work done by the Health Department. In view of increasing the cooperative milk societies, prepare a GM proposal and present it before the District Magistrate and take a decision. Gave instructions to bring progress in Har Ghar Jal Yojana. Ensure that the family ID is in line with the target. The District Magistrate should hold a meeting of the schemes run by the Tourism Department and direct them for progress. In social forestry, instructions were given to the DFO to make a plan for tree plantation along the highway. Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod instructed AD Basic that in order to increase the attendance of children in primary schools, parents should be talked to and counseled by teachers and teachers should work with interest in teaching. Also, a campaign should be run for education through the village heads. Ensure 100% completion of the schemes of Operation Kayakalp. While protecting the destitute cattle, ensure that no destitute animal roams in the open. The cooperation of the Forest Department should also be taken to do this work in a better way. He instructed that the cow shelters should also be expanded. Under the ODOP Tool Kit Distribution Scheme, the Joint Commissioner of Industries should do better marketing of ODOP products. For its expansion, efforts should be made to make the concerned artisans technically strong. He directed that the report given by the department regarding the supply of water to the tail of the canals should be investigated by the concerned CDO and in view of transparency, a proposal should be sent to the government regarding the use of technology in the scheme. Regarding pension schemes, the Divisional Commissioner directed that the pension related files should not be kept pending at any level. There should be no laxity in the work related to old age pension, disabled pension, destitute women pension. He directed to dispose of the pending cases in Kanya Sumangala Yojana as soon as possible. Under the Krishi Rasayan DBT scheme, he directed that its trend should be known among the general public and it should be analyzed. In this regard, ensure to take area-wise advice from the public representatives as well.
