Saharanpur, The ongoing action of the Development Authority against illegal colonies and illegal construction in Saharanpur has now become more intense. The Development Authority team today carried out demolition work with the help of bulldozers in three illegal colonies, while four illegal construction works were sealed. Development Authority Vice President Ashish Kumar said that a kutcha road was being marked for an illegal colony by building a kutcha road in about two and a half bighas of land on 62 foot road near Chilkana Road. Near Balpur village, earth filling work was being done by marking four bighas of land and in Barauli Road Punwarka, the work for building a road and filling the foundation of shops in about 1500 square yards of land was demolished with the help of bulldozer. Apart from this, construction work of a shop on New Bhagwati Colony Manoharpura Road, construction work of furniture by putting tin shed in about two bighas on the way to Manshapur village, construction of a complex for construction of warehouse in about 700 square meter area behind Primary School Mavi Khurd Adda. The construction work and the construction work of a wall about nine-ten feet high near Geeta Pump on Chhajjapura Road were sealed. He said that illegal colonies and illegal construction work will not be tolerated. The development authority's action against this will continue.
