Ara, A deputy chief was shot by fearless criminals in Ara on Sunday. With the help of family and local people, the injured deputy chief was admitted to a private hospital in the city. At present, his condition remains critical. It is not clear why this bloody incident was carried out. Police reached the spot as soon as the information of the firing was received. Investigation of the incident has started. The incident took place in Phuladi village of Sandesh police station area. The name of the injured deputy chief is Deepak Kumar Kesari. He is the son of Nathu Saav, a resident of ward number 14 of Phuladi village of Sandesh police station area. His age is said to be around 32 years. He is also a grocery shopkeeper by profession. He is also the deputy chief of Khandol Panchayat. Deepak was going to Sandesh market on bike to buy goods for the grocery shop this morning. Two criminals riding a bike shot him near the number 1 stand in Phuladi village. The bullet fired by the miscreants hit the right side of his stomach. He fell on the ground soaked in blood. Deepak Kumar Kesari's family got the information about him being shot. They reached the spot and admitted him to Dr. Vikas Singh's clinic in Babu Bazar of Ara city for treatment. Where his condition remains critical at the moment. Doctors are trying to remove the bullet.
