Shajapur, Chairman of Public Participation Committee of P. Balkrishna Sharma 'Naveen' Mahavidyalaya, Vipul Kasera met Minister of Higher Education Department, Shri Inder Singh Parmar, Principal Secretary of Higher Education Department, Shri K.C.
