Deepika Kakkar and Shoaib Ibrahim were holidaying in Pahalgam with their one-year-old son Ruhaan. They caused concern among fans after the news of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. More than 27 people died and about 12 people were injured in this attack. Most of the injured are stable now and are being treated at Pahalgam Hospital, while the seriously injured have been sent to Srinagar for special care.

After the news of the terrorist attack, fans of the celebrity couple expressed concern for them, who were sharing videos and pictures from Kashmir on their social media. Deepika had shared a video of herself walking in Pahalgam just two days before the terrorist attack. Fans were left perturbed after seeing his recent post showing the picturesque location as the incident took place in the same area which is known as 'Mini Switzerland'.

However, Shoaib took to his Instagram story on Tuesday night to reassure fans that he and his family are safe. He wrote, 'Hi guys, you all are worried about our well-being... We are all safe, fine. This morning we left Kashmir and have reached Delhi safely. Thank you for your concern.'

Deepika-Shoaib's first trip with son

This was Dipika and Shoaib's first trip with their son Rehan. Earlier, there were rumours that Dipika and Shoaib were going to get divorced after seven years of marriage. However, in a recent vlog posted by Shoaib, the couple cleared the air. In the vlog, the actor was seen telling Dipika, 'You didn't tell me that another marriage is breaking in the industry and that is ours.' To this the actress reacted, 'Why should I tell you?'
