Deadly attack on youth for refusing to sell illegal liquor

Katni, a youth had gone from his private residence Katni to Amdara (Maihar) in-laws house to celebrate Holi festival, where he got into a dispute with some youths of the village. Due to the dispute, the youths beat him up and attacked him with an axe. After the incident, the injured youth was admitted to Katni Government District Hospital where he died.
The family members of the deceased told that the deceased 26-year-old Harprasad Yadav, a resident of village Posara in Katni, had gone to his in-laws' village Dhadelipura in Maihar district. Where some youths of the village attacked him fatally when he refused to sell illegal liquor. Harprasad Yadav, a resident of village Posara in Katni, was seriously injured in the incident. Along with him three other youths were also injured. They were brought to the Government District Hospital Katni for treatment where the youth from Posara died during treatment. The police have registered a case and started investigation. It is being told that the accused has been arrested by Amdara police station.
