Court hears case of theft in Sanchay Sakh Sansthan
Four years rigorous imprisonment and fine to two accused by the court

Barwani, Lucky father Dhyan Singh, Sirvi Mohalla Anjad and Madhu father Hari Bhil, Hadki Bedi have been arrested by the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Neeraj Kumar Soni in the case of theft of seven and a half lakh rupees from the private bank Sanchay Sakh Sanstha situated at Jatashankari Chowk of Barwani city. Finding Anjad guilty of the crime, he was sentenced to four years rigorous imprisonment each under two different sections and a fine of Rs 2,000 each, along with two months imprisonment for not depositing the fine amount. An order to undergo additional imprisonment was given.
Prosecution Officer Akram Mansoori told that Sanchay Sakh Sansthan of the city deals in the business of financial transactions. On the midnight of 14 January 2019, by opening the lock of the shutter of the Sansthan, its own employee, accused Lucky along with accused Madhu, kept seven and a half lakh rupees in the institution. Money was stolen.
Police registered a report of the case and conducted investigation in which the employee of the organization Lucky was interrogated in which he had told that he along with Madhu had stolen seven and a half lakh rupees on the night of the incident and out of the stolen money, fifty thousand rupees were recovered from the accused. Told to give it to Madhu.
Police had seized Rs 6,54,685 stolen from the organization from the house of accused Lucky and Rs 50,000 from the house of accused Madhu.
The prosecution made the statements of the officials of the organization and the seizure-arrest witnesses along with police/investigating officer Ashok Ahirwar before the court, after being satisfied, the court punished the accused with rigorous imprisonment and fine.
