Saharanpur, In the sequence of instructions of District Magistrate Manish Bansal, a review meeting based on CM Dashboard was convened in the new auditorium located in the Collectorate under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Rajneesh Kumar Mishra. Rajneesh Kumar Mishra directed that there should be no laxity in completing the targets and improve the ranking. He directed that the fine imposed on vehicles caught on Mcheck in illegal mining and transportation should be recovered speedily. All departments should feed on time. The departments which have got poor ranking should identify the reasons and remove them and improve the ranking. Instructed the Sugarcane Department to take action against the mills which have made less payment. Along with this, instructed to get the sugarcane price paid to the farmers. Instructed the DUDA department to issue recovery demand letters against the defaulter cases in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and recover from them. Improve the Municipal Corporation Tax Collection. Under Section 80, no case should remain pending after the prescribed time limit. Cases of name transfer and measurement should be expedited. Cases involving huge recovery should be disposed of on priority basis. A list of cases with RC less than Rs. 1000 should be prepared and made available. Sub-District Magistrate Sadar Subodh Kumar, Sub-District Magistrate Nakud Mrs. Sangeeta Raghav, Sub-District Magistrate Behat Manvendra Singh, Sub-District Magistrate Rampur Maniharan Shweta Pandey and officers of the concerned department were present in the meeting.
