Saharanpur, A meeting was held regarding IGRS cases in the new auditorium located in the Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. In the meeting, DM Manish Bansal said that no negligence should be done in the disposal of complaints received on IGRS. The officers of the concerned department will be responsible for unsatisfactory disposal and feedback. He said that the high number of unsatisfactory feedbacks adversely affects the grading of the district. All officers should pay attention to this that there should be no negligence in the quality disposal of complaints. The number of unsatisfactory feedbacks will have to be reduced in the cases of the month of August. The government is giving special emphasis that the problems should be resolved in a qualitative manner. Unsatisfactory and wrong disposal of public complaints should not be done at all. DM Manish Bansal gave clear instructions that the case of any department should not be a defaulter. In case of default, the responsibility of the concerned officer will be fixed. He told all the officers to check the IGRs portal daily. If any case is not related to the department then return it as soon as possible. The government is laying special emphasis on unsatisfactory feedback, therefore it is essential that the complaint is resolved in a quality manner and feedback is also taken from the complainant at your own level. The complaint should be considered resolved only when the complainant is satisfied. He instructed the district level officers to continuously keep taking information about the complaints received on the portal from their subordinates and as needed keep getting guidance from their higher level officers as well. On this occasion Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, City Magistrate Gajendra Kumar, all Sub-District Magistrates and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
