Saharanpur | Deoband, Some people have complained to SDM Deoband Ankur Verma about waterlogging after illegal construction was done and government drain was closed in Maa Bala Sundari Colony situated on Babupur Nagli Road. Colony resident Karate coach Basant Upadhyay, Shyam Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Aniket Kumar, Ayush Kumar, Vasu Kumar, Sakshi Beniwal etc. in the complaint letter submitted to SDM Deoband Ankur Verma told that some people have filled the government drain made for water drainage in Maa Bala Sundari Colony situated near Government Post Graduate College and have merged it with their plot. Due to which, due to closing of drain, water drainage problem has arisen there. SDM Ankur Verma said that JE has been sent for investigation. Colony resident Karate coach Basant Upadhyay told that he teaches Karate there, players from all the nearby villages and players from city Deoband come to him to learn Karate. They have to pass through the water filled there and are facing great difficulties. The above mentioned people of the colony have demanded action from SDM Ankur Verma.
