Shajapur, National Service Scheme NSS unit of Prime Minister College of Excellence BKSN Government College Shajapur performed Swachhata Shramdaan by doing carrot grass eradication and plastic waste collection program in the college on Saturday under Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada. Swachhata Pakhwada started on 17th September, after which the Rashtriya Seva Yojana unit of the college has been organizing cleanliness activities. In this sequence, the college staff along with Rashtriya Seva Yojana volunteers did carrot grass eradication and collected single use plastic pouches, polythene and other waste. While doing the program, the volunteers made the program successful by singing the Rashtriya Seva Yojana song Nav Jawan Aao Re, Nav Jawan Gaao Re. On this occasion, the in-charge principal of the college, Dr. VP Meena said that along with staying connected with education, the mind is feeling happy while doing Shramdaan with the college family in cleanliness. He appealed to all the students to participate in such activities with great enthusiasm. In the program, Rashtriya Seva Yojana in-charge Dushyant Yadav along with all the members of the college staff, Rashtriya Seva Yojana unit leader Ravikumar, Harshita Patidar, Nikita Prajapati, Lakshmi Pushpad, Reena Panwar, Shivam Parihar, Rashtriya Seva Yojana media in-charge Pawanpuri and other volunteers were present.
