Collector: Complete all preparations for the free health camp
Free health camp to be held on March 13, 14, and 15
Shahdol, Collector Dr. Kedar Singh held a meeting regarding preparations for the massive health camp to be held on March 13, 14, and 15, 2026, at the Government Industrial Training Institute, Shahdol, the proposed divisional headquarters, in collaboration with the Rotary Club and the Rajkrishna Tankha Foundation. The Collector directed officials to complete all preparations for the free health camp in advance.
He said that adequate medicines should be available at the camp and that patients attending the camp should not face any problems. He said that patients attending the health camp will have to undergo screening at the village, PHC, and CHC levels. He also said that keeping in mind the summer season, drinking water and shaded seating arrangements will also be ensured.
Collector Dr. Kedar Singh said that the massive health camp to be held on March 13, 14, and 15, 2026, should be promoted well. Posters related to the health camp should be pasted on autos and buses, and information should also be provided through municipal garbage trucks so that maximum patients can benefit from the free health camp.
The Collector reviewed the availability of medical staff, doctors, operation theaters and surgical equipment at the camp site, transportation arrangements for patients, cleanliness, vehicle parking, toilets, fire brigade arrangements, and other arrangements, and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officials.
Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Shri Shivam Prajapati, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Rajesh Mishra, Civil Surgeon Dr. Shilfi Saraf, members of the Rotary Club, Rajkrishna Tankha Foundation, and operators of private hospitals were present in the meeting.
