A bench of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta said that Kejriwal, arrested in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam, will have to surrender on June 2 and go back to jail. The bench did not accept the request of Kejriwal's lawyer Abhishek Singhvi that he be granted interim bail till June 5. Voting will be held in the seventh and final phase for the Lok Sabha elections on June 1. Counting of votes will take place on June 4.
