Merta Road, Merta Road A meeting of CLG and influential people of various communities of the town was held on Saturday at the local police station of Merta Road under the chairmanship of Merta Road Police Station Officer Motiram Dewasi, in which discussions were held on the law and order, traffic system and other problems of the town. In the meeting, Police Station Officer Motiram Dewasi welcomed everyone and discussed the objectives of organizing the meeting, the points to be considered and the arrangements to maintain law and order during the festivals of all communities. He called for cooperation with the police in taking action against illegal vehicle drivers. Addressing on this occasion, Police Station Officer Motiram Dewasi said that on the occasion of the festival, peace and brotherhood should be maintained in the town, in view of the crowd of people in the markets during the festival, their security, law and order and traffic system should remain smooth, for this adequate arrangements have been made by the police. He appealed to immediately inform the police about any criminal or suspicious activity, person or object. He talked about cleaning the town during the festival and improving the lighting system at night, giving strict instructions to shopkeepers not to create disturbance in the traffic system by making temporary encroachment in front of shops on the main roads in view of the festival. He talked about increasing night patrolling, taking action by running a campaign against illegal sale of narcotics in the town, taking action against minor bike and taxi drivers, starting CCTV cameras, installing speed breakers inside the town on main roads and stopping noise pollution. During this time, BJP leader Kailash Latiyal, Merta Road Sarpanch representative Meghraj Jhotwal, Merta Road Deputy Sarpanch Manish Sharma, Muslim community social worker Naththu Mohammad Pathan, All Muslim Charitable Society branch Merta Road president Sanju Qasim, Jamaat Raza-e-Mustafa Committee chief Nasir Rizvi, Kailash Chandra Sharma, Munnalal Latiyal, Mandal member Kailash Kalwa, Gafur Qureshi and Master Ahmed Ali along with many other dignitaries were present.
