Kotma, Madhya Pradesh Government and the administration in the public interest, the Nagar Parishad, Nagar Palika Nigam, autonomous department, Nagar Administration, has prepared a new framework for the development of cities regarding the public welfare schemes of the government and approved the development works to be done according to online tendering and under the cleanliness campaign going on in all the wards through the Nagar Parishad, a new way has been found to throw dust in the eyes of the people by making cleanliness just a first step. If seen, cleanliness is being done through outsourced employees in the Nagar Parishad area, cleaning is proving to be a superficial show, in heavy rains, big weeds have come out of the ground and clogged drains, water drainage is blocked and dirt is everywhere in the locality, the cleaning workers are just doing superficial cleaning and leaving the heaps of garbage lying there and they are being taken to another selected place where the garbage is to be collected, but this is not being done, because the cleaning workers are not uprooting the frozen weeds and plants from the root with sharp weapons, but trimming them from the top, due to which those plants are again taking the form of garbage and poisonous organisms are residing in them. The heaps of garbage spread in the ward are being partially collected through the garbage vehicles of the municipality and the bills for the driver and diesel used in these vehicles are being fraudulently paid, while the filth and garbage of the ward continue to be a cause of problem for the residents of the ward.
