Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a review meeting with district level officials regarding development works and law and order in the Circuit House auditorium during his visit to Saharanpur district. Along with this, he planted a Rudraksh plant in the Circuit House premises. Divisional Commissioner Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod and District Magistrate Manish Bansal presented a memento made of wood to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that public complaints, complaints received in IGRS and CM Helpline should be resolved in a quality manner. The satisfaction of the victim is considered to be the best basis for resolution. Public hearing should be given priority. Public representatives, administrative and police officers should communicate and coordinate with the public and solve problems by conducting public hearing. He directed to invite public representatives of the district in meetings with industrialists and businessmen. CM Yogi Adityanath directed to send proposals to the government and get the problems resolved by taking advantage of the experiences of public representatives in making the action plan of the Public Works Department. He said that being the first district of the state, its working method should become its identity. Exhibitions should be organized from time to time to ensure maximum publicity of ODOP schemes. Praising the innovation of NRLM, he said that women public representatives should also be included in this work. Gram Sachivalaya should be developed as a model. Issues related to women and children should be given priority. The Chief Minister directed that the drinking water supply in 649 villages of the district under Jal-Jeevan Mission should be shown to the public representatives and the administration should also inspect it. The work related to restoration of roads should be completed in a quality manner without any delay. The names of local public representatives should be mentioned in the stone plaque. A task force should be formed to stop illegal mining in view of law and order. There should be continuous review in all tehsils and police stations and there should be no unnecessary delay in resolving the problems of the common man quickly. No private person should work in tehsils and police stations. There should be no illegal occupation of government land anywhere. A strict eye should be kept on this. Strict action should be taken against land mafias. Compensation should be given soon for the acquired land. A strict eye should be kept on organizations that spoil harmony at public places, toll and roads and punitive action should be taken against those who spoil the atmosphere. The Chief Minister said that strict action should be taken against those doing illegal drug business. Children are its victims, it works in the form of a complete racket. Collective action should be taken in all three districts of the division. Schools and colleges should be connected to it for awareness. He said that this is an international gang. The Vice President, Development Authority was instructed that landowners up to 100 square yards should not be harassed for getting the map approved. Also, instructions were given to make the map approval application online. Gave instructions to get the payment of Bajaj Sugar Mill done as soon as possible. Bus stand should be constructed in the district as soon as possible and asked to hold a meeting at the government level in view of the problems that may arise. Benefits of their experiences should be taken by establishing dialogue with public representatives in development related projects.

He instructed the Municipal Commissioner to hold a meeting with the Forest Department to develop Forest City. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that no council school should remain without teachers. Teachers should be adjusted on time. Gave instructions to hold continuous meetings of teachers and parents on holidays block-wise. Loan fair and employment fair should be organized every three months and public representatives should be invited. People should be selected in PM Vishwakarma, PM Swanidhi by forming a team. Instructed the Chief Veterinary Officer that there should be no smuggling in the Gaushalas and all the arrangements should be in order. For this, the District Magistrate should appoint a nodal officer for the Gaushalas. There should be better arrangements at the Medical College, District Hospital and all CHCs and PHCs. Doctors should sit in OPD on time. The Chief Medical Officer should keep inspecting from time to time with the Superintendent. It should be ensured that all the equipment in the hospitals is kept functional. The institute manager should be vigilant and cautious and inform the police when required. Instructed to get the CT scan machine lying broken in the District Hospital repaired soon.

Instructed the officers that in completing the 11 projects related to integrated Shakumbhari tourism development, emphasis should be laid on building bridges in the river area while avoiding cutting of trees. In the review meeting, District Magistrate Manish Bansal gave information about NRLM, education, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban and Rural, Chief Minister Awas Yojana Rural, MNREGA, take home ration, Har-Ghar Tiranga, Gram Panchayat Secretariat, community toilets, Swachh Bharat Mission Rural, Operation Kayakalp, pension scheme, animal vaccination and ear tagging, destitute cow protection, participation scheme, green fodder in pasture land, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Ayushman Bhava Abhiyan, reconstruction of Anganwadi centers, tree plantation campaign, Jal Jeevan Mission, small scale industries, flood relief and rescue preparations, details of damage in various disasters, progress of construction works, Maa Shakambhari University, Sports College Behat, Sarsawa Airport Civil Terminal, Food and Safety Drug Laboratory, General Facility Center, construction of non-residential building of Tehsil Rampur Maniharan, Smart City, development work of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Stadium, Habitat Center, Convention Hall, construction of 60-bedded nursing college in Government Medical College campus and revenue works.
