Anuppur, Bijuri Municipal Council President Mrs. Sahbin Panika was honored by the Chief Minister of the state Dr. Mohan Yadav in the Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign closing ceremony held in Khandwa on June 30 for excellent work in the Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign. In this ceremony, the presidents of 10 urban bodies of the state who did excellent work in the field of water conservation were honored.

Bijuri Municipal Council has done remarkable work in cleaning the wells, stepwells, ponds, rivers and drains of the city as well as plantation of trees under the campaign. The program organized in Khandwa was seen and heard through virtual medium across the district.
