Shajapur, National Lok Adalat will be organized in the District Court on September 14, for which Chief District Judge and Chairman Lalit Kishore flagged off the promotional vehicle on Friday. During this, the Chief District Judge said that the parties should avoid the long judicial process and present their side in the National Lok Adalat by making a consensus. Their cases will be resolved. He also urged the public representatives to make the parties aware of the compromise-worthy cases. Inspire to join the National Lok Adalat. The Chief District Judge said that maximum compromise-worthy cases will be heard in the National Lok Adalat to be held on September 14, 2024. Expected from the advocates that they should tell their parties about the benefits of Lok Adalat. Civil, criminal, cheque bounce, motor accident claim, electricity, family dispute, labour, co-operative and other cases will be resolved in the court on the basis of mutual compromise. During this, the parties will also get the benefit of discounts given on bank loan dues, electricity bill dues, municipal water tax and property tax as per rules. Special Judge Shajapur Mohammad Azhar, Neetukanta Verma, Mukesh Rawat, Dinesh Kumar Notiya, District Legal Services Authority Secretary Siraj Ali, Chief Judicial Magistrate Sunayana Shrivastava, Civil Judge Adil Ahmed Khan, Dr Swati Chauhan, Satish Kumar Shukla, Farooq Ahmed Siddiqui etc were present while sending off the publicity vehicle.
