Chhatarpur, Complainant Munna Yadab father Tunde Yadab age 45 years Nit. Badkhera police station Gulganj and complainant Gobardhan Chadhar father Chhotelal Chadhar age 42 years Ni. Devran has stolen 2 pieces of his buffalo and 4 pieces of buffalo respectively in the night of 12/04/2023 in police station Gulganj by an unknown thief. On the report in police station Gulganj, respectively, up. 73/23 Section 379 Bhadvi. and Up.No. 74/23 Section 379 Bhadvi. Set up against unknown person and taken for sale.

Due to the occurrence of two consecutive incidents of the said theft Mr. Deputy Inspector General of Police Range Chhatarpur Mr. Lalit Shakyawar and Mr. Superintendent of Police Mr. Chhatarpur Mr. Amit Sanghi under the guidance of Mr. Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Bikram Singh and Mr. SDOP Mr. Shashank Jain A special team was constituted at the police station level for disclosure and arrest of unknown accused.

During the sale, on the basis of informer's information, on the night of 17/04/2023, a raid was conducted at Pangora Ghat village Debran, from where a total of 4 suspects and one Mahindra Bolero pick-up were taken into custody and interrogated with precision. During this, the accused confessed to have committed the incident and the accused were arrested, a total of 6 buffaloes worth approximately Rs 135000 (one lakh thirty five thousand) and one Mahindra Bolero pick-up no. UP 95 T 4418 was seized. Thus 100 percent recovery has been done in both the cases. An accused in the case is absconding, whose arrest will be done as soon as possible.

Mode of crime - The accused accepted during interrogation that they first rake the buffaloes grazing in deserted areas and then steal them as soon as they get a chance.

(3) Paban father Harinarayan Kushwaha age 21 years Nit. Debran Police Station Gulganj District Chhatarpur M.P.

(4) Ashok's father Ratiram Kushwaha age 20 years old. Debran Police Station Gulganj District Chhatarpur M.P.
