Chhatarpur, Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Amit Sanghi and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Vikram Singh, the vehicle checking was done by the traffic police team under the leadership of traffic in-charge Dalveer Singh Marco. Vehicles without number plates, names and designations of political parties/organizations above the number plates, without Legal action is being taken immediately against two-wheeler drivers wearing helmets and four-wheeler drivers without seat belts and those who violate traffic rules. Legal action is also being taken against unauthorized removal of search lights, sirens/hooters etc. from motor vehicles. Strict legal action is being taken against suspicious persons, drivers who have modified vehicles, silencers, lights etc. against the standards set by the government and also against drivers who drink and drive after being checked with a breath analyzer. Till date, on 14/10/2023, the traffic police has issued 74 challans and deposited ₹ 28800 summons fee in the government's account. Out of 74 challans, 21 challans were registered. Deducted due to absence of number plate or blank number plate or not being found as per the color and size prescribed by the government.
