Deoband (Saharanpur), CHC staff were sworn in under the Tobacco Free Campaign at Community Health Center Deoband. During this, people were called upon to spread awareness to stay away from smoking and tobacco. In the program, Medical Superintendent Dr. Ajay Tyagi administered the oath to the CHC staff under the Tobacco Free Campaign. During this, he said that all people should stay away from smoking and tobacco consumption and should also make others aware about it. Tyagi said that if anyone is found smoking or consuming tobacco in and around the hospital premises, a fine of Rs 500 will be charged. He said that their consumption can lead to serious diseases like cancer. During this time Motilal, Puran Singh, Naresh, Pankaj, Arun etc. were present.
