Shajapur, the patients admitted in the district hospital and their families are already troubled due to the lack of cool air from the coolers in the scorching heat and now due to the negligence of the responsible people, they are also yearning for a drop of water to quench their thirst, because despite the harsh weather, the water coolers that provide hot drinking water in the district hospital have stopped dripping water. In such a situation, the troubled patients and their families have to go outside the hospital and arrange for drinking water. It is worth mentioning that the patients are troubled due to the absence of coolers in the wards of the hospital and the responsible officers are also aware of this problem, but they have not made arrangements for coolers in the wards. Meanwhile, the water coolers installed in the district hospital have stopped spewing water for the last three days, due to which the patients and their families are facing great inconvenience. The relatives of the patients admitted in the hospital told that for the last three days, drinking water is not coming from the water cooler, due to which they have to go out of the hospital to arrange water to quench their thirst. People have demanded that water arrangements be made soon.

Problem despite sufficient water

Shajapur District Hospital has two wells and about two tube wells for water supply, which have sufficient amount of water, but despite this, people in the district hospital have to crave for drinking water. The negligence of the responsible people is such that they came to know about the stoppage of water supply from the water coolers installed on different floors of the hospital when the media reached there on Tuesday morning. After this, the responsible people said that the problem will be resolved soon. However, even till the time of writing the news, water had not started coming from the water coolers.
