On Tuesday, a woman resident of Tekdi Mohalla in the city Kotwali has complained of assaulting her husband for his complexion as well as leaving the house saying triple talaq at a time. On the complaint of the woman, the police has registered a case against her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, jethani under various sections including dowry harassment. Victim Ayesha told that on January 10, 22, she was married to Kasam Beg, a resident of Tekdi, according to Muslim customs. My father has died.

Presently I am living in Sanjay Nagar with my brother. Ayesha told that there was a good atmosphere in the family for a few days after marriage, but suddenly there was a change in behavior and mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, jethani started harassing me for dowry, husband Kasim also told me that you are black, I do not like it. He used to beat daily. Disturbed by this, the maternal uncle went to Sanjay Nagar in a few days. For three months no one came to take her from her in-laws' house.
