Madhubani, Police has arrested both the accused of the much talked about Madrasa case in Madhubani. Police has taken this action on the basis of secret information. The Maulavi accused of raping and making a minor pregnant has been caught by the police. This incident took place in Khutauna police station area.

Let us tell you that a minor girl studying in a madrasa in Khutauna was sexually exploited for a year by the head Maulavi and his assistant by threatening her. When the girl became pregnant, she was asked to go to another madrasa citing higher education. When she went to another madrasa and fell ill, the Maulavi there got suspicious and called the family members, after which when the family members questioned the girl, she told everything.

When the victim's family got a medical examination done, the girl was found to be seven months pregnant. After which the victim's medical examination and statement 164 before the court have also been recorded. It took police three days for the initial investigation of the case and then, based on the statement of the minor victim, case no. 76/24 was registered on May 30 at Khutauna police station.
Maulvi Qari Shahnawaz of Sanpatha of Laukahi police station area and his associate Hafiz Karimullah, who committed the rape, were made named accused. Both the absconding accused were evading the police by changing their hideouts for the past one month. The police sent both the arrested accused to jail on Saturday.
