Camp organized for training and recruitment of security personnel in Anuppur

Anuppur, Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited, Paraswar Anuppur organized a one-day camp for recruitment and training of private security personnel for youth under the direction of Superintendent of Police Anuppur Mr. Moti Ur Rehman on Tuesday morning in Kotwali Police Station Anuppur premises.
In this camp, Commandant of Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited Mr. Prakash Kumar Saket and Recruitment Officer Mr. Abhishek Mishra interviewed and examined documents of about 50 youths in the presence of TI of Kotwali Police Station Anuppur Mr. Arvind Jain. After the process, 14 youths were selected for training.
The selected youth will be given one month training at the Regional Training Center of SIS, Paraswar. After completing the training, these youth will be appointed to the post of private security personnel in various industrial institutions and branches. The salary for these posts will be from ₹14,000 to ₹23,000.
Facilities provided to employees:
Commandant Shri Prakash Kumar Saket said that the following facilities are provided to the youth who get training and employment through SIS institution:
Permanent job: Up to the age of 65 years.
Increase in salary and promotion: On annual basis.
Facilities: Bonus, pension, gratuity, ESIC and accident insurance.
Security insurance: In case of untimely death, ₹2 lakh or more is provided to the family within 72 hours.
Loan and educational support: Loan facility to employees and assistance for children's education.
This event is an important step towards providing employment to the youth as well as a bright future in the security service sector.
