On Tuesday, the corporation ran a bulldozer on a 2-storey hotel being built without permission in front of Mahakal temple in Ujjain. The corporation employees completely demolished the hotel during the action that lasted for about 2 hours. During the bulldozer action, the police team along with the officials and employees of the Municipal Corporation were present on the spot.

Regarding this action, the corporation had given notice to the house owner twice and asked him to stop the construction work, but even after that the construction work continued. At the same time, the son of the hotel owner alleges that the house was more than 100 years old and was in a dilapidated and dilapidated condition. Now we will go to the High Court after the action of the corporation.

On Tuesday afternoon, the corporation started the action in front of Gate No. 4 of Mahakal temple located in Ujjain and ran a bulldozer on the illegal construction. It is being told that the multi-storey hotel was being constructed without permission. Corporation officials had issued a notice three days ago regarding the hotel being built without permission.

Officials said that before this, instructions were given to stop the work by giving notice twice. But the landlord ignored the order and continued the construction work. The entire construction was demolished with a JCB machine by the corporation employees in the action that lasted for about two hours on the building.

Tushar Joshi, son of landlord Ashok Joshi, said that the house was more than 100 years old. Permission was sought from the corporation for the renovation of the house, but permission was not being given. We were constructing two rooms, a kitchen and a shop downstairs. The Municipal Corporation had given three days, but took action as soon as two days were over.

Tushar Joshi further said that now we will go to the High Court against the Municipal Corporation. At the same time, Municipal Corporation's building officer Deepak Sharma said that Joshi was illegally constructing the hotel without getting the map passed. They were asked to stop the construction by giving them notice twice, but even after this the construction work continued. Due to this, action was taken to remove the encroachment.

Along with this, the corporation also took bulldozer action on Kanipura Road in Ujjain. The team removed the illegal encroachment from Hari Om weighing scale to Kanipura road. During this, officials and employees of the corporation were also present along with the police officials.
