According to Nuh police officials, action is being taken against people involved in illegal construction and anti-social activities in the district. So far illegal constructions have been removed from 57.5 acres of land at a total of 37 places in Nuh. So far 162 permanent and 591 raw structures have been demolished in the district. Efforts to restore peace have also been intensified here.

Banks and ATMs will be reopened on an experimental basis on Monday, a week after communal clashes broke out here. The official said that financial institutions will be opened for some time on Monday in Nuh, Tawdu, Punhana, Ferozepur Jhirka, Pingavan and Municipal Corporation areas.

Bank, office and ATM will open from Monday

According to the order issued by District Magistrate Dhirendra Khargata on Sunday, it has been decided to open banks and ATMs on August 7 on an experimental basis. Financial transactions in banks will be from 11 am to 2 pm, while ATMs will remain open till 3 pm. Khadgata said that government offices will also function smoothly on August 7. He said that the employees can enter their workplace by showing their identity cards. He said that the situation is returning to normal in the district and the situation is under control.
