In fact, police arrested Pradyuman Kumar, bodyguard of a former MLC, for creating ruckus in a drunken state at Saraiyaganj Tower Chowk in Muzaffarpur. Investigation with a breath analyzer machine confirmed that he had consumed alcohol. The accused bodyguard is a resident of Nursarai in Nalanda district. He has been suspended after the FIR. This constable belongs to former MLC Ganesh Bharti, a close aide of Nitish Kumar. After this, the police of Muzaffarpur city police station took him into custody on Friday night.

In this case, city police station in-charge Sharat Kumar said that seeing the police jawan creating a ruckus in a drunken state, someone called on dial 112 and informed the headquarters about it. On the instructions of the headquarters, the police of the city police station reached the spot and the accused constable was found there. After this, the police took him into custody. When he was brought to the police station and examined, it was confirmed that he had consumed alcohol. After this, an FIR was registered. The accused was produced in the court on Saturday. Also, the information about the constable being caught drunk was sent to the police line. On the other hand, it is being told that on Friday night, former MLC Ganesh Bharti's bodyguard, police constable Pradyumna Kumar, was creating a ruckus near Saraiya Ganj Tower in the middle of the city. People nearby informed the police about this. After dialing 112, the police arrived. Even after that, the constable did not stop creating a ruckus. He was immediately taken into police custody. City police station in-charge Sharat Kumar said that after confirmation of drinking alcohol in the test with a breath analyzer, the case was registered again and legal action is being taken.
