Anuppur, cases of fraud and black marketing of government food grains are continuously coming to light in the district, where on the complaint of Dinesh Singh Rathore, seller of government fair price shop Mahuda and government shop Chorbhathi of cooperative society Dhangawan, not giving ration to the beneficiaries by putting thumb impression in the POS machine, Junior Supply Officer Seema Sinha conducted physical verification of government shop Mahuda and government shop Chorbhathi, where in the investigation, seller Dinesh Singh Rathore was found to be black marketing government food grains by earning unethical profit by selling the stock of the said food grains illegally. According to the information, seller Dinesh Singh Rathore is the brother-in-law of Salik Rathore, manager of cooperative society Dhangawan. In the year 2019, without any recruitment, Dinesh Kumar Rathore was recruited as a seller by Salik Rathore on the basis of a fake proposal.
This is the matter
According to the information, on the complaint of misappropriation of government food grains in the government fair price shop Mahuda, Junior Supply Officer Seema Sinha reached the said shop at around 12 o'clock in the morning on 29 August, where the shop was found closed, after which the seller Dinesh Singh Rathore was called by phone, but the seller switched off his mobile saying that he would come in 15 minutes, which was informed by Junior Supply Officer Seema Sinha to Committee Manager Dhangawan Salik Rathore, after which Manager Salik Rathore reached the spot. But when the seller did not arrive, the Junior Supply Officer sealed the said shop in the presence of villagers. Where Manager Salik Rathore had demanded one day's time to bring the seller Dinesh Kumar Rathore. Big irregularities found in the stock of Mahuda shop

In the whole case, Junior Supply Officer opened the seal of Mahuda shop on the second day and physically verified the stock of the shop in the presence of Dhangawan committee manager, seller Dinesh Singh Rathore and villagers, where manipulation and black marketing of government food grains came to light. In the investigation, 22.88 quintal wheat, 141.29 quintal rice, 41 kg sugar and 9.19 quintal salt were found to be less than the estimated price of Rs 6 lakh 29 thousand 3775.

Black marketing done in Chorbhathi shop

Government food grains were black marketed by Dinesh Singh Rathore, seller of government fair price shop Mahuda. On which, the government shop Chorbhathi given additionally to the said vendor Dinesh Singh Rathore was also investigated, where during investigation it was found that the vendor Dinesh Singh Rathore did not give food grains to the beneficiaries by getting their thumb impression on the POS machine, after which the stock of Chorbhathi shop was also verified by the junior supply officer, where about 42 quintals of wheat, 86 quintals of rice and 1 quintal 30 kg of salt with estimated price of Rs 4 lakh 56 thousand 778 less was found in Chorbhathi shop. Where action has been taken by the junior supply officer for black marketing and manipulation of government food grains worth Rs 11 lakh in government fair price shop Mahuda and government fair price shop Chorbhathi. The case will be presented in the SDM court

In the case of misappropriation of government food grains worth about 11 lakhs in the Mahuda and Chorbhathi government shops, Junior Supply Officer Seema Sinha took action against the seller Dinesh Singh Rathore and prepared a case on violation of the clauses of Madhya Pradesh Public Distribution System Control Order 2015 and the case will be presented in the SDM court for recovery and prosecution proceedings.
