Anuppur, Mr. Superintendent of Police Anuppur and Mr. Additional Superintendent of Police District Anuppur and Sub-Divisional Officer (Police) Section Pushparajgarh, under the guidance of Inspector PC Kol, Police Station In-charge, Police Station Karanpathar, Outpost In-charge Sub Inspector Mangala Prasad Dubey, during vehicle checking, along with staff PR 140 Rajesh Paw, 74 Ram Prasad, PR 155 Krishna Kumar, R. 362 Vinod, Constable No. 346 Sahab Saur, Outpost Sarai, R. 287 Vinod Kumar of Karanpathar police station was checking vehicles on 01/03/2025 when Hiva number MP 17 HH 4573 accused - Sunil Rali father Srinivas Rali age 33 years resident of Hardiya police station Semaria district Rewa, M.P. currently - accused driver of Hiva number MP 17 HH 4573 and Hiva number MP 17 HH 3348 accused - Ram Dhani Singh father Ramesh Singh age 39 years village Semaria police station Semaria district Rewa, M.P. On questioning the drivers of the recent Hiva number MP 17 HH 3348, they told that they were illegally transporting ballast from Tarang side towards Khairha Shahdol. The Hiva drivers were given a notice under Section 94 BNSS in relation to loading and transporting ballast in the Hiva vehicle in front of witnesses Rajendra Singh father Mohan Singh age 33 years resident of Sarai and Dhan Singh father Hol Singh age 34 years resident of Sarai and were questioned about TP regarding the loaded ballast. TP was sought which was not produced on the spot. TP was not found to be there regarding transportation of ballast and the vehicles along with the loaded ballast were seized from the possession of the non-applicant accused under Section 4/21 of the Mineral Act and a case number 02, 03/2025 under Section 4/21 of the Mineral Act is being registered and presented to the Mineral Department. In the above action, Inspector P.C Kol, Police Station Incharge, Karanpathar Police Station Outpost Incharge Sub Inspector Mangala Prasad Dubey along with staff PR 140 Rajesh Paw, 74 Ram Prasad Marawi, PR 155 Krishna Kumar Patel, R. 362 Vinod Ayam, Constable No. 346 Sahab Saur, Outpost Sarai, R. 287 Vinod Kumar, Karanpathar Police Station had commendable contribution.
