Shajapur, The seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha started with the Kalash Yatra in the Housing Board Colony of Shajapur district, in which a large number of women dressed in yellow came out with pomp and show with the Kalash on their heads. Bhagwat Katha is being organized in the Housing Board from 25th April to 1st May.

On the occasion of the inauguration of the musical Bhagwat Katha, a grand Kalash Yatra was taken out from Maa Kalka Temple located in the colony with music and music, which after visiting the colony reached the Katha Sthal where the Kalash Yatra ended. After the worship, the Kalash Yatra took place under the supervision of Katha Vyas Pt. Anil Sharma and with this the seven-day long musical Bhagwat Katha began.

The Kalash Yatra was led by the girls and women carrying the Kalash on their heads and the women wearing yellow clothes were walking behind them. In the first day Katha, Katha Vyas told that Bhagwat Katha connects man with devotion along with virtue. Along with this, Katha Vyas Pandit Anil Sharma explained the greatness of Bhagwat Katha in the beginning of Bhagwat Katha and women and men involved in the story danced fiercely on the bhajans. A large number of colony residents and townspeople participated in the event, who listened to Bhagwat Katha on the first day.
