Saharanpur. Deoband, Deoband Civil Bar Association's bar room addressing the meeting of advocates regarding the demand of creation of separate West Pradesh and High Court, Chief Guest, National President of West Pradesh Mukti Morcha Bhagat Singh Verma said that the biggest need of the hour is to create a separate West Pradesh by combining 26 districts for the progress of 8 crore people of Western Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh is not only the biggest state of the country but also the world. Only three countries of the world are bigger than Uttar Pradesh in terms of population. China, India and United States of America. The population of United States of America is 35 crore and there are 50 states there. Whereas the population of Uttar Pradesh alone is 25 crore. Due to being a big state, the law and order here has collapsed. The whole state is in the grip of poverty, inflation, corruption, unemployment and hooliganism. For the progress of the country and Uttar Pradesh, dividing Uttar Pradesh into four parts and creating a separate West State by combining 24 districts of the West State is the biggest need of the hour. After the formation of a separate West State, education and medical facilities will be of international standard and will be free for all. Educated, unemployed youth will get government and private jobs and the per capita annual income in the separate state will be more than Luxembourg, Qatar and Singapore. Today, being a big state, the per capita annual income in Uttar Pradesh is only ₹90000 per annum. Whereas in the small state Haryana, the per capita annual income is more than 4 lakh rupees. The progress of the country is also possible by creating small states. Bhagat Singh Verma said that for 45 years, the advocates of Western Uttar Pradesh have been struggling to establish a High Court Bench in Meerut. But despite giving 80% of the revenue of Western Uttar Pradesh to the government, the High Court Bench has not been established in Meerut till date. Which is a sheer injustice for the 8 crore people of Western Uttar Pradesh. Now the time has come that the farmers, labourers, traders, shopkeepers, industrialists, intellectuals, journalists, students and youth power of West Uttar Pradesh will have to struggle for the creation of a separate West Pradesh. National President Bhagat Singh Verma wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding the formation of a State Reorganization Commission to divide Uttar Pradesh into four parts and create a separate West Pradesh. While chairing the meeting, Bar Association Deoband President Naresh Kumar Advocate said that now we do not want a High Court bench but a full High Court in Meerut. Till now the Central Government and the leaders of Purvanchal have continuously ignored the people of Western Uttar Pradesh. Despite giving huge revenue, the leaders have not even thought of establishing a High Court bench here yet. President Naresh Kumar Advocate said that now we all have to unite and struggle with the National President of West Pradesh Mukti Morcha Bhagat Singh Verma who is struggling for the creation of a separate West Pradesh. When our West Pradesh will be a separate state, the capital and the High Court will also be in Meerut. The meeting was conducted by Bar Association Deoband Secretary Mohammad Mursaleen Advocate.
