Indore, Police Station Banganga, on 22.05.2023, complainant Nilesh Sharma father Ravindra Kumar Sharma resident Old Raj Mohalla Indore reported that he had a transaction of Rs.25,000 from Akash Deora, which was to be taken by Nilesh Sharma from Akash Deora, Rs. To talk in this regard, Akash Deora had called Nilesh Sharma near Namkeen cluster where two other companions of Akash Deora were also there and on the demand of the complainant Nilesh Sharma to return his borrowed money, Akash Deora gave the said money for a month. Said to pay later, but on immediate demand of the complainant Nilesh Sharma, Akash Deora and his accomplices assaulted the complainant Nilesh Sharma and also took away his mobile phone after assaulting him. On receiving the information, outpost in-charge Bhagirathpura Jagdish Malviya immediately reached the spot but the accused fled from the spot. Crime number 822/2023 was registered under Section 384, 323, 294, 34 Bhadvi and taken into consideration on reporting by the complainant Nilesh Sharma at Police Station Banganga.

In the case, the senior officers directed for immediate arrest of the accused in the said incident and directed for effective action. In this sequence, the team of Police Station Banganga made immediate efforts to find the accused and on the basis of intelligence, accused Akash Deora father Nandram Deora resident Sugandha Nagar Indore and accused Sawan father Rajaram Kochle resident Sukhaliya Indore were arrested within 24 hours of the incident on 23.05. Arrested on 2023. Accused Akash Deora and Sawan Kochle will be remanded after presenting them to the court for seizing mobiles and searching for the other accused.
