Villagers of Gram Panchayat Bagholi under Lalbarra Tehsil area submitted a memorandum to the Tehsildar on 5 September 2024 in the Tehsil office, by making a written complaint against the encroachment by encroachers in front of the temple in the village. In which the villagers have mentioned that a memorandum has been submitted to the Tehsildar Lalbarra to free the land in front of the construction of Lord Shri Krishna and Mata Karma temple in Chandni Chowk of Ward No. 3 of village Bagholi from encroachment immediately. In which the villagers told that in Ward No. 3 Chandni Chowk of Gram Panchayat Bagholi, a public meeting was held by the Gram Panchayat and all the social, religious lovers of the village by getting the Kotwar to announce it in the village, in which a proposal for the construction of the temple was put before the people present, on which the approval for the construction of the temple was given unanimously. Thereafter, after the meeting, the Sarpanch and the villagers performed Bhoomi Pujan of the temple construction site in February 2024 and the construction work has been started, but the encroachers Chanlal Chaudhary, Govindram Chaudhary, Manik Chaudhary, the above three people together are building a wall in front of the temple, which is introducing anti-social and anti-religious thinking. Since one of the encroachers in this, Govindram Chaudhary, is a Panch of Ward No. 9 and it does not suit a public representative discharging a responsible responsibility to be against the villagers and encroach on government land. The villagers have demanded action to remove the wall of those who encroached the land in front of the temple construction and built the wall. So that the villagers do not face any inconvenience in the construction of the temple and in organizing any religious event in the temple in future and the feeling of peaceful social and religious faith remains in the village. In submitting the memorandum to the Tehsildar - Temple Construction Committee Chairman Manoj Samrit, Vice President Kripashankar Sathon, Treasurer Bhivram Patle, Secretary Tarachand Patle, Village Deputy Sarpanch Devram Meharkar, villagers- Khemlal Patle, Panna Lal Samrit, Bhivraj Samrit, Moolchand Lanjhewar, Chunnilal Meharkar, Bhupendra Tulsikar, Dipendra Patle, Rooplal Lanjhewar, Dilesh Samrit, Subelal Lanjhewar and others were present.
