Lalbarra, Balaghat MLA Mrs. Anubha Munjare again held a public hearing in Vishram Grah on Wednesday, 31st July, along with her workers, in which people from rural areas reached with their problems, all the people put forth their problems before the MLA. In which the villagers reached the MLA with their problems related to the revenue department, bank, police department, health department, district panchayat, road construction, and other departments. The problems of all the people were heard seriously by the MLA and the concerned officer was immediately called on the spot to resolve the problem and the concerned department has also been directed to take action.

Many people from rural areas came with their problems, while party workers also tried to make the MLA aware of the regional problems. While discussing, MLA Anubha Munjare said that like every time, this time also, I came to meet the public and listen to their problems, and the cases related to the tehsil came before me, for the resolution of which the Naib Tehsildar had come because the Tehsildar sahab had to go for some work, some problems came from the electricity department, the officer of the electricity department was called here. Similarly, the families living below the poverty line in rural and urban areas have to face many financial difficulties, especially for treatment. In this context, the common people have given me an application to get the amount sanctioned for treatment. I will try to help them. The condition of many roads is bad because it is raining. Some kutcha roads and some paved roads are years old roads which have broken down. I have received an application for their repair after the rain. The process of construction of roads will be started after the rain. It will also be our endeavor that the traffic should not be blocked immediately. With the help of the Panchayat, we will be able to do something good so that traffic continues smoothly. In this way, people were made aware of the problems here and like every time, my effort will be to solve the problems of every department. MLA did surprise inspection of Tehsil and Janpad office
Balaghat MLA Mrs. Anubha Munjare, along with her party workers, did surprise inspection of Janpad and Tehsil office and also gave necessary guidelines, in which Mrs. Anubha Munjare said that there is another place in Balaghat assembly constituency, Lalbarra and there is Tehsil office in Lalbarra, Community Health Center, Janpad office, citizens keep informing about the problems here and what are the arrangements of Tehsil office, I keep collecting information from the people here, so for this reason today I inspected the Tehsil office here and met the people in the Tehsil office, whose cases of partition and many other issues related to Tehsil are pending there, so after meeting the people, an attempt was made to know their problems and I instructed the Tehsildar here that I have received complaints that all the cases are pending and the people face a lot of problems, they have to wander again and again, they should not have to wander, you should work in the direction that action should be taken as per rules and justice should be taken, people should not face problems, I have instructed the Tehsildar, he has also assured that We will also make every effort to resolve pending cases on time and the public will not face any problems, he said. Thereafter I got a chance to visit the Janpad Panchayat. The condition of the Janpad Panchayat is very bad. The CEO of the Janpad is on a long leave. In the present situation, the CEO of Janpad Panchayat Lalbarra, who is in charge of the post of CEO, is the CEO of Balaghat Janpad. Now, the CEO who is serving in Janpad Panchayat Balaghat, will be able to provide services in Lalbarra, this is a matter of concern. Due to this, I found complete chaos. There is an atmosphere of complete chaos and dirt in the office. There is no cleanliness at all. This is the condition. Y.K. Gautam ji, who is working as an accountant officer, is on leave for three days. This is what I was told. When I saw the attendance register, the column for three days was lying blank. There is no mention of leave in it, nor is there any application form. The concerned officers and employees could not give a satisfactory answer. This is the condition. Dirt is spread all over the accountant's room. The walls are smeared with spit from paan gutkha. This is the condition. We can understand that if they have spread so much disorder in their own office, will they solve the problems of the Janpad Panchayat? 77 Gram Panchayat The Panchayat is connected, how will we be able to solve their problems from here, I felt very sad to see this and I will not tolerate it at any cost. I will speak to district collector Dr Girish Kumar Mishra in this regard that if the CEO is on pending leave, then another CEO should be appointed here as soon as possible, the full place CEO should work so that the general public should get the benefits of the government schemes of our Panchayat directly and on time.

Amatola Dadiya Marg will be inspected along with the concerned officials. When asked about the problems being faced on Amatola Dadiya Marg, she said that as soon as the rainy season ends, the same road will be inspected along with the concerned officials. Work will be done in such a direction that the road can be improved so that school children and commuters do not face any kind of problem. Right now it is the rainy season. Farmers and common people should have patience. If I have to sit on a hunger strike for this, then I will be ready to sit on a hunger strike along with the villagers, but the road construction work will be done. When the construction of the bridge being built in Muralikham Jamratola was also discussed, she said that I have come to know about this bridge through newspapers that the work on the bridge has been going on for two years and the work of the bridge has not been completed yet, due to which the villagers are facing a lot of problems and the contractor is also being accused of withdrawing the entire amount of the bridge. I will talk to the concerned officer after taking information and then inform you people that if such negligence has been done then I will get action taken.
