RTI activist and social worker Udaybhan Chaturvedi, who has been raising his voice for justice in a similar case, investigated the transfer/transfer of reserved shops of soldier quota located in Jail Road under Maihar area and registered a criminal case against the guilty employee. The letter demanding to get it done has been communicated to the Urban Administration Minister, Principal Secretary Urban Administration, Maihar MLA, Collector Maihar, Lokayukta SP Rewa and CMO Maihar.

What is the matter? RTI activist Udaybhan Chaturvedi told that shop number 25 of the stadium located on Jail Road in Maihar was reserved in the name of soldier quota 15 years ago as per the terms of the tender and executed contract. This shop, Awadhesh Sen W, along with other outside elements, was involved in fake Barsana, fake documents and transactions of huge amounts of money through the clerk of the concerned revenue branch, assistant revenue officer, concerned revenue officer and shop number 25 located in Jail Road and other soldiers. The quota shop has been transferred on the basis of fake documents and by misleading the CMO Municipality Maihar and preparations are being made to keep it in the Council against the rules by misleading the Municipality Chairman and Council members. The owners of all the shops on Jail Road have given the shops on rent to tenants contrary to the terms of the contract and huge amounts of money are being taken every month from the shopkeepers. No action was taken against such shopkeepers by the Revenue Branch of the Municipality due to which the entire staff of the Revenue Branch is being prima facie proven as accused. In the transfer, transfer and distribution of soldier quota shops in shop number 25 and other shops of Jail Road, all the officials concerned committed massive irregularities and irregularities and gave the soldier quota to their favorite people against the rules on the basis of fake documents. Shops have been allotted for private use. RTI activists and social activists demand strict action by registering a criminal case against the officials concerned, the old documents of Jail Road shop number 25 of Sainik Kote and other shops and the old contracts maintained 15 years ago should be investigated so that the allegations will be proved.
