Katni, On the occasion of "Safe Internet Day", the closing program of "Cyber ​​​​Suraksha Mela" was organized by Katni Police to prevent and create awareness about the increasing cyber crimes in the digital age. In this closing fair organized by SP Abhijeet Kumar Ranjan, important information like protection from online fraud, digital fraud, social media security, banking fraud was given to the citizens.

According to the information received in this regard, on the instructions of the Director General of Police, Madhya Pradesh, an 11-day cyber security awareness campaign "Safe Click" is being organized by Madhya Pradesh Police from 01.02.2025. Under which, in the sequence of the said program in Katni, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Katni Abhijeet Kumar Ranjan, poster competition on cyber security and cyber security resolution oath and cyber awareness related programs were organized at public places in all the police station areas of the district. Painting and poster making competitions related to cyber security were organized in the school colleges of the district. During the closing ceremony of the Cyber ​​Security Public Awareness Campaign running in the district from February 1, on February 11, the students present were made aware by giving information related to cyber security. Police officers interacted with the people present in the program and told them to use the internet carefully, not to click on unknown links, not to share their password, OTP, Aadhaar number with anyone and to keep their identity confidential. Along with this, the students present in the program were also made aware about misuse of mobile and cyber fraud, digital arrest, policy fraud, game fraud.
